1 year ago tonight...

...we were awake all night long in a freezing cold delivery room at Henry Medical Center, waiting for our baby girl to arrive.  At 11:58 a.m. on the 22nd of September, we saw our daughter's precious little face for the first time.

Psalm 139:13-16 (Today's New International Version)

13 For you created my inmost being;
       you knit me together in my mother's womb.
    14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
       your works are wonderful,
       I know that full well.
    15 My frame was not hidden from you
       when I was made in the secret place.
       When I was woven together in the depths of the earth,
    16 your eyes saw my unformed body.
       All the days ordained for me
       were written in your book
       before one of them came to be.

Shari~

I just got chills reading your post...This was one of the verses I read in my devotional book this week! For me, it was yet another message from God. When I read it, I immediately thought of these precious adopted babies like Anslie, and especially how Jessica's little one deserves a chance to know the love of God and to be loved.

Enjoy this VERY special day of celebration! Can't wait to see pictures of Anslie eating her cake:)

Love,
Tammie
