BCS Championship

So, tonight is the BCS Championship game.  Uncle Stuart, Aunt Tina, and Crimsynn sent Anslie a little Alabama hat to wear.  This is what she did when we put it on her:

Hmmmmm...maybe she is flashing a "Hook 'Em Horns" sign for Texas under that blanket?   (Thanks, Dean family for joining in the fun.  Will is pulling for Alabama with you guys tonight - he is loyal to the SEC!)

Last weekend, Mema (Walton's Mom) and our niece JoLyn came for a short visit.  Anslie snuggled right up to Mema for a big nap, just like all of the Allen grandchildren have for years!

And finally here is a cute pic of Kyle reading to Anslie - just like we used to read to him when he was tiny.  So sweet!

We are hoping for a snowy night tonight so we can have a snow day and stay home from school tomorrow!  Leave us a comment and tell us how much snow you have at your house. LET IT SNOW!!!!!!

Don't put that poor sweet baby in that Alabama hat! She is too pretty! I am reluctantly pulling for the SEC since all SEC teams will benefit from the win. I won't be upset if Texas wins though!

None that I saw. I think there might have been a few flurries, according to some of the fifth graders. It is raining now. I don't want to miss school b/c we'll have to make it up, but it would be nice to sleep in!

Hi Shari! I finally figured out that I can leave a comment here :) First of all, Anslie is a BEAUTIFUL baby girl--couldn't be happier for you all! It is great catching up on you & your family every now and then on your blog. Second of all, we have about 9 new inches of snow, on top of the 11 inches we received on Dec. 26th! You are welcome to have it all!!! Blessings to you all, Tammie
