cold weekend!

We have had a solid week of cold weather here - and Anslie's first snow.  It really wasn't enough snow to even cover the grass so I didn't take pictures.  We are hoping for a really big snow later this winter so we can get out and enjoy it more.  We did get a day off of school Friday due to some ice on the roads, though.  Hooray for unexpected 3-day weekends!

Saturday night, our friends April & Brad came over with their kids for a spaghetti supper.  They brought a birthday cake along because it was this little cutie's 2nd birthday:

Of course everyone got to have a turn to hold Anslie while they were here.

And the older kids were happy to help eat it up!

Such sweet kids.  We are glad they are part of our life!  Somehow I missed out on pictures of April & Brad's oldest son and of Kyle - maybe they were upstairs playing the Wii.  (we'll get one of you next time, Cole!)
